Light shedding of the rug may occur, as it is made of natural fibres. This should disappear after a few vacuuming sessions. For small stains, dab clean with lukewarm water.
Not suitable for washing machine and dryer. Cannot be ironed.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return one or more items, please send your order back within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense: €5.99 per postal return and €1.99 for returns in a TILTIL store.
