All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, except for orders placed on Friday afternoon and Saturday. These orders will be picked up by Trunkrs or PostNL on Monday, which may result in a slightly longer delivery time. For orders between €30.00 - €100.00, the shipping cost is €4.99.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return one or more items, please send your order back within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense: €5.99 per postal return and €1.99 for returns in a TILTIL store.
