All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, except for orders placed on Friday afternoon and Saturday. Netherlands: Orders over €75.00 are FREE. For orders under €75.00, the shipping cost is €4.99.
Belgium & Germany: Orders over €100.00 are FREE. For orders between €30.00 - €100.00, the shipping cost is €4.99. For orders under €30.00, we charge €6.99 for shipping.
Other EU countries: The shipping cost for each order is €19.99.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return one or more items, please send your order back within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at your own expense: €5.99 per postal return and €1.99 for returns in a TILTIL store.
