Alle Bestellungen werden innerhalb von 1-3 Werktagen versendet, außer für Bestellungen, die am Freitagnachmittag und Samstag aufgegeben werden. Diese Bestellungen werden am Montag von Trunkrs oder PostNL abgeholt und benötigen daher etwas länger. Sollte ein Artikel in unserem Lager nicht vorrätig sein, informieren wir dich darüber, und es ist möglich, dass deine Bestellung eine kleine Verzögerung erfährt. Sobald dein Paket bei Trunkrs oder PostNL registriert ist, kannst du die Bestellung über die Sendungsverfolgungsnummer verfolgen, die du per E-Mail erhältst.

Bestellungen über €100,00 sind KOSTENLOS.
Für Bestellungen zwischen €30,00 und €100,00 betragen die Versandkosten €4,99.
Für Bestellungen unter €30,00 berechnen wir €6,99 für den Versand.
Niederlande:
Bestellungen über €75,00 sind KOSTENLOS.
Für Bestellungen unter €75,00 betragen die Versandkosten €4,99.
Andere Länder innerhalb der EU:
Die Versandkosten für jede Bestellung betragen €19,99.
Rücksendungen
Wenn du mit deinem Kauf nicht zufrieden bist und einen oder mehrere Artikel zurücksenden möchtest, sende deine Bestellung innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt zurück.
Die Rücksendekosten sind selbst zu tragen und betragen €6,99 pro Postversand und €1,99 für die Rückgabe in einem TILTIL-Geschäft.
